FYVE is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Miramar, FL
- Groundskeeping: Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the condominium's outdoor areas, including but not limited to lawn care, gardening, and landscaping tasks. This includes mowing, watering plants, weeding, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the grounds.
- Compactor: Manage the proper disposal of waste by operating and maintaining the compactor system effectively. This involves compacting and disposing of trash, recycling, and other materials according to the association's guidelines.
- Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas within the condominium complex. Ensure all trash receptacles are emptied and replaced with clean liners as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in janitorial or groundskeeping roles is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, operating equipment, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all areas of the condominium complex are clean and well-maintained.
- Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are crucial to ensure the scheduled tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Independence: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and adhering to established standards.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with residents, staff, and visitors.
